Anyone given a 9 digit code by an Anescribe provider will have read only access to records selected by that provider. You can read aloud or write down the code. It only works once for a short while.
Any online computer will work. However, Only HIPAA-trained professionals should have access to that computer. That means terminals in a medical office, preferably dedicated to medical records. A laptop at home may not meet that standard.
Yes. Scan them into your EMR if that's easier for you. You must still share or shred them the same as any medical record covered by HIPAA. You should not print them at home or in a non-medical place of business.
